What is WStaking?

WStaking is a multi-chain staking platform that combines on-chain smart-contract accounting with off-chain operational execution.

Users connect a supported wallet, choose an available network, asset, staking duration, and amount, and then confirm the required transaction through their wallet. The applicable smart contract records the staking position and manages the relevant staking functions according to the deployed contract generation.

After a staking transaction is confirmed, assets may move through WStaking's operational liquidity infrastructure as described in the Whitepaper and Risk Disclosure.

WStaking does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee profits or future returns.

Question 2

Which tokens and networks are supported?

Accepted Answer

Current WStaking production deployments include:

- X Layer — V5
- BNB Smart Chain — V5
- Base — V3

Supported assets include stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and XLayer_USDT where available for the applicable network and contract deployment.

Token availability can differ by network and product configuration. The WStaking application shows the currently available network and token combinations before a user creates a staking position.

Always verify the selected network, asset, and contract before confirming a transaction.

Is WStaking offering investment advice or guaranteed returns?

Accepted Answer

No.

WStaking does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and APR or reward figures should not be interpreted as guaranteed returns or guaranteed future income.

Staking involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Users should review the applicable product terms, contract information, risk disclosures, and their own legal or tax obligations before participating.

Where do WStaking rewards come from?

Accepted Answer

WStaking rewards form part of the platform's broader operating model.

Operational revenue sources may include exchange trading-fee rebates, partner or affiliate rebate programs, trading-volume incentives, strategy execution, liquidity-management activities, and other revenue generated through supported exchange relationships.

The staking smart contracts record and calculate rewards according to the applicable staking rules, but exchange and strategy operations occur outside the staking contracts.

Because these activities occur off-chain, blockchain explorers do not provide a complete view of exchange balances, strategy execution, fee rebates, or account-level operating performance.

Rewards should not be interpreted as guaranteed returns generated by any single revenue source.

Why do I see an “Approve” step before staking?

Some supported tokens use the standard token-approval mechanism before the staking contract can transfer the amount you choose to stake.

The flow may therefore require two separate wallet transactions:

1. Approve the required token allowance.
2. Confirm the staking transaction.

Both actions require wallet confirmation and may require blockchain network gas fees.

Always review the contract address and requested approval before signing.

What transaction states should I expect?

Accepted Answer

A normal blockchain transaction flow may include:

- wallet confirmation;
- submission to the network;
- pending status;
- blockchain confirmation;
- application update after confirmation.

A transaction can fail or remain pending because of network congestion, insufficient gas, wallet rejection, RPC issues, incorrect transaction parameters, or other blockchain conditions.

Do not repeatedly submit the same action without first checking whether the original transaction has already been broadcast or confirmed.

Which wallets are supported?

Accepted Answer

WStaking can be used with compatible Web3 wallets that support the applicable blockchain network.

Examples may include MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Trust Wallet, and other compatible wallets.

Wallet availability and compatibility can depend on the selected network, device, browser, and wallet provider.

Users should only use official wallet applications and should verify that the wallet is connected to the intended network before signing a transaction.

Does WStaking have access to my private keys?

Accepted Answer

No. WStaking does not request or store your private keys or seed phrase.

User-initiated blockchain actions require confirmation through the user's connected wallet.

Never share your private key or seed phrase with WStaking support, an administrator, another user, or anyone claiming they need it to resolve a staking issue.

Anyone asking for your private key or seed phrase should be treated as a security threat.

Question 11

What staking durations and APR ranges are available?

Accepted Answer

The currently published staking plan structure is:

- 1 Month — 10%
- 3 Months — 12% to 15%
- 6 Months — 15% to 24%
- 12 Months — 24% to 36%

APR increases according to the staking amount within the applicable plan.

A staking amount of 10 or more qualifies for the applicable minimum rate, and a staking amount of 10,000 or more reaches the maximum APR available for the selected duration.

The WStaking application displays the applicable APR before the user confirms the staking transaction.

Available rates and product configuration may change for newly created positions. Existing active positions retain their applicable recorded reward terms according to the relevant contract and product rules.

Question 12

Is there a minimum staking amount?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

The current minimum staking amount is 10 for supported staking assets under the current product rules.

For a supported partial unstake, at least 10 must remain in the staking position after the partial unstake is completed.

The application should be reviewed before confirmation because available assets and product configuration can vary by network and contract deployment.

Question 13

Can I add more funds to an existing stake?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where additional deposits are supported for the applicable position.

When additional funds are added:

- the additional amount becomes part of the existing staking position;
- the staking timing for the position restarts from the confirmed additional-deposit transaction;
- the applicable duration continues according to the active position;
- the applicable APR continues according to the rules of the active position and contract generation.

Users cannot use an additional deposit to freely change the position into a different staking duration.

Review the updated position details before confirming the additional-deposit transaction.

Question 14

What is Promotional APR and how does it affect unstaking?

Accepted Answer

Promotional APR is a special staking-rate condition that may be available when a promotion is active.

If a position was created using a promotional APR:

- a full early unstake applies the full applicable early-unstake penalty;
- the normal time-based penalty reduction does not apply to that promotional stake;
- partial unstaking is not available for promotional stakes.

Users should check whether a staking position uses promotional APR before confirming the stake or attempting an early unstake.

How are staking rewards calculated?

Accepted Answer

Staking rewards are calculated according to the applicable staking rules for the position.

The calculation can depend on:

- the staked amount;
- the selected staking duration;
- the APR applicable to that amount and duration;
- the contract generation and applicable product rules;
- the current state of the staking position.

WStaking may display estimated reward information in the application, while the applicable contract and recorded position state determine the actual staking calculation.

Question 16

When can I claim staking rewards?

Accepted Answer

There is no separate minimum reward amount required for a claim.

For the current V3 and V5 production contracts, accrued rewards may become claimable after at least one minute of staking, subject to the applicable contract and staking state.

Claim completion may still depend on:

- applicable contract rules;
- wallet approval;
- available payout liquidity;
- network execution;
- blockchain confirmation.

Claiming rewards is separate from unstaking principal.

Question 17

What happens when my staking duration ends?

Accepted Answer

A staking position does not enter renewed status merely because the original duration has reached its end.

After the original duration ends, the user can claim the accumulated rewards. When the applicable reward claim is completed while the principal remains staked, the position enters renewed status according to the applicable contract rules.

For a renewed stake:

- a full unstake does not apply an early-unstake penalty;
- promotional APR does not apply to the renewed period;
- if the user performs a supported partial unstake, the remaining amount is created or recalculated as a new staking position with new APR and terms based on the remaining amount and applicable duration.

Users should review the updated position information shown by the application after renewal or partial unstaking.

Question 18

How does the referral reward system work?

Accepted Answer

When a user validly joins through a referral code, the wallet becomes associated with the applicable referrer according to the referral rules.

That referral relationship applies to qualifying current and future staking activity associated with the bound wallet.

For qualifying active stake, the currently published referral reward rate is up to 0.5% per month.

Self-referral is not permitted.

Referral eligibility and calculated values are shown through the referral system according to the applicable program rules.

Question 19

When do referral rewards become claimable?

Accepted Answer

The production referral reward cycle is based on 30-day periods.

Eligible referral rewards become claimable according to the applicable 30-day cycle and referral rules.

Before a cycle becomes claimable, the referral interface may display accrued or estimated values that are not yet available for payout.

Users should distinguish between accrued earnings, claimable earnings, approved claims, and confirmed payouts.

Question 20

What do Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Confirmed / Sent mean?

Referral claim statuses indicate the current processing stage:

- Pending — the request has been submitted and is waiting for review.
- Approved — the request has been accepted for payout processing but payment may not yet be completed.
- Rejected — the request was not approved.
- Confirmed / Sent — the payout has been completed or recorded as sent according to the applicable payout process.

Where available, completed payouts may include a transaction hash or other transaction evidence.

Why is claimable referral earnings lower than gross earned?

Accepted Answer

Gross earned represents the total calculated referral earnings before completed and active claim amounts are deducted.

The claimable amount is calculated after accounting for amounts that have already been paid and amounts already included in active pending or approved claims.

A simplified representation is:

Net Claimable = Gross Earned - Already Paid - Pending / Approved Claim Amounts

Gross earned is therefore informational, while the claimable balance represents the amount currently available to request under the applicable referral rules.

Question 22

Can I submit multiple referral claim requests at the same time?

Accepted Answer

No.

Only one active referral claim request can be processed at a time for the applicable claim flow.

If a request is already pending or approved, a new request cannot be submitted until the active request has been completed, sent, rejected, or otherwise resolved according to the referral process.

Question 23

How is a referral payout completed and confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Referral claim requests are reviewed before payout execution.

After approval, the applicable payout is processed through the referral payout flow.

An approved claim does not necessarily mean that the payment has already been completed.

When a payout is completed, the claim history may record the confirmed or sent status together with a transaction hash or other available transaction evidence.

What are the penalties for early unstake?

Accepted Answer

For non-promotional positions, the currently published early-unstake penalty structure is:

- 1 Month — 10%
- 3 Months — starts at 15% and reduces toward 10% over time
- 6 Months — starts at 24% and reduces toward 10% over time
- 12 Months — starts at 36% and reduces toward 10% over time

The exact result depends on the applicable staking position, elapsed duration, contract generation, and current product rules.

For a promotional APR stake, a full early unstake applies the full applicable penalty rather than the normal time-based reduction.

Partial unstaking is not available for promotional stakes.

Always review the displayed penalty before confirming an early unstake.

Question 25

Can I partially unstake?

Accepted Answer

Partial unstaking is supported for applicable positions created under V3 and later contract generations.

For a supported partial unstake:

- the user selects the amount to remove;
- any applicable penalty is applied according to the position rules;
- the withdrawn portion is removed from the position;
- at least 10 must remain staked;
- the remaining amount is created or recalculated as a new position with APR and terms based on the remaining amount and applicable duration.

For a renewed stake, the same recalculation behavior applies to the remaining amount after a supported partial unstake.

Partial unstaking is not available for promotional APR positions.

Question 26

What happens if I unstake after the original duration has ended?

Accepted Answer

Once the original staking duration has ended, the original early-unstake period has also ended.

If the user claims accumulated rewards while leaving the principal staked, the position enters renewed status according to the applicable contract rules.

A renewed position can be fully unstaked without an early-unstake penalty.

If a supported partial unstake is performed on a renewed position, the remaining amount is created or recalculated as a new staking position with new APR and terms based on the remaining amount and applicable duration.

Question 27

How long does it take to receive funds after unstaking?

Accepted Answer

There is no standard seven-day withdrawal period for every unstake.

When sufficient payout liquidity is available, unstaking proceeds through the normal applicable contract flow.

If payout liquidity is temporarily insufficient, a conditional unlock request may be created. In that situation:

- operational liquidity may be prepared or replenished;
- the request may remain in processing for up to seven days;
- it may be released earlier when sufficient liquidity becomes available;
- after release, the user must still complete the required wallet-signed unstake transaction;
- the transaction must still receive blockchain confirmation.

Submitting an unlock request does not itself complete unstaking.

The seven-day process is conditional and should not be interpreted as the standard withdrawal duration.

Question 28

Are there fees for staking, claiming, or unstaking?

Accepted Answer

Blockchain network gas fees may apply to wallet transactions such as token approval, staking, reward claims, additional deposits, partial unstaking, and full unstaking.

Gas fees are determined by the applicable blockchain network and can change according to network conditions.

Early-unstake penalties, where applicable, are separate from blockchain gas fees and follow the rules of the staking position.

Users should review the transaction details and any displayed penalty information before confirmation.

What are the main risks of staking on WStaking?
